Trying Something New

Back about a month ago I took the kids down to the park, trying to scope out a new place to take pictures for a certain 'look' that I wanted to try. They weren't dressed up, their hair wasn't fixed, their clothes didn't blend, I wasn't getting the 'weeds' quite how I wanted and subsequently didn't quite get the look I was looking for - but goodness they had fun and I had fun capturing some of their antics. Sometimes I think maybe these make the best pictures.

But then again, there'll come another evening when the sky is that perfect color of blue & I'll force them to put on nice clothes, comb their hair & try this again :-)
